Main Ingredients : Seitan, Tempeh, Pineapple

For this recipe, you can either use tempeh or seitan (Or if you really prefer, you could use a firm tofu). I generally prefer using tempeh or seitan just for their nutritional value as they are usually packed with protein. For best results, serve this dish on brown rice of bean thread noodles. Yum!
