These patties are great either in burgers, or by themselves. Make sure you think ahead of time when making these, as you will have to cook the kumara (sweet potato) and quinoa by itself before actually making the patty. The recipe itself has enough to make 12 patties, so if you’re cooking just for yourself or one other, you may want to halve the recipe!
