If you’re a fan of the more “savory” pancakes, then these are perfect. And they’re actually pretty easy to make, more or less swapping out regular flour for the chickpea variety (No, you don’t have to mush up chickpeas!). Serve with hummus, avocado, salsa or your favourite savory pancake toppings.
