When you think pizza toppings, you probably don’t think cauliflower. This recipe slightly sautes the cauliflower in a buffalo wing sauce which gives it an amazing flavor. Cauliflower is incredibly at soaking up flavors around it, so you actually end up with more of a wing sauce pizza than a cauliflower one. Note that if you want to use cauliflower (Or broccoli) on any pizza, it’s usually better to slightly saute or steam the veges first as the pizza will cook in the oven well before the cauliflower loses it’s crunchiness.
