When using bell peppers for cooking, I usually go by the rule. Green and orange areĀ for cooking. Red and yellow are for fresh eating (Sandwiches etc). I’m sure many people will disagree, so trying one of each and see which one works for you. They do actually have different flavors! These do take a bit of time to cook as you have to boil the rice first, and then bake in the oven after, so make sure you have plenty of time to spare!
