OK so let’s just go through them now. This recipe is gluten free, grain free, dairy free AND sugar free. I think that last one is so important as too many vegan baking recipes try and drown it in sugar to make it taste good. All that artificial sugar is not needed when you have bananas, coconut oil and almond extract. It becomes naturally sweet on it’s own.
