Alredo is usually a dish off limits for vegans. Infact, the core ingredients of a “good” alfredo sauce are a heavy cream/butter and a whole heap of parmesan cheese. But this recipe gets away with it using a combination of soy milk, tahini and cashews. The sauce also has hints of mustard, lemon juice and garlic to give it mind blowing flavor.
