Realistically, this isn’t much of a recipe. Just add soy sauce, ginger and garlic and you have a stir fry. But it’s a good recipe to show anyone that thinks vegan cooking is “hard”. You can add any amount of veges (I personally use cabbage and spinach alot), and you will always have a quick and easy meal.
