Seitan is a sort of “wheat meat” that is great for vegetarians or vegans. If you are someone who makes your regular carnivore meals, but with tofu instead, this can be a great alternative to mixing things up. By cooking it completely in vegetable stock, it’s also got it’s own unique flavor.
