We did persimmon and fig baked oatmeal yesterday, but this recipe was just too good to pass up. It’s a little different in that you can’t bake and keep it for a week in the fridge, but it’s still a great tasting breakfast. It uses coconut milk to give it a great taste, and topped off with fried brown sugar bananas.
